We are a company that initially set out in the field of property development. More specifically in the subdivision and rezoning of development ground.
Having dealt with a number of above ground developers we then started a division for various forms of funding/ finance in the various aspects of property development around the country. We are also involved the affordable housing market and working together with developers and we are growing from strength to strength.
We have a number of developers who are in various stages of their development or project and are seeking funding in various forms.
This is not only in the residential field but also encompasses commercial, retirement villages, hotels and resorts etc.
Being in the field of finance we receive numerous different forms in the request for funding for projects and developments throughout the country.
